I had a great experience with Brandy and Tosh, I have been to plenty of car lots and dealerships and they really went above and beyond in my opinion. I actually waited to post a review until I had driven the vehicle quite a bit but My mechanic came and checked out 2 of their vehicles without them knowing he was coming and both were great, no hidden lights on the dash or issues at all. I have awful credit to where normal dealerships say I need 4000 or more down to even be approved and they had me approved over the phone. Not only that but when I arrived they were super kind and Brandy even played with my kids while I signed all of my paperwork (which let me tell you was extremely helpful because I have an almost 3 yr old that’s VERY wild). This was by far literally the best car lot I’ve been to yet and I got a really nice 2018 Toyota RAV4 and they even worked with me when I wanted to switch from the 2017 Toyota rav to the 2018. So 10000/10, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Ron and Tosh made the whole experience incredible. They both went out of their way to help and ended up being able to put us in a much better car than we thought was possible, and stayed below our budget. Not even kidding , we'd been looking for a WHILE. Same story over and over, a dealership would say all the right things, we even went to those ones on FB that promise zero down, sign and drive. Lies. It was word of mouth that led us to I'deal Motors, and from the first call I knew he was actually listening to my bullet point spiel I'd slowly kept shortening with each new place. Then when we came in, that same vibe was there, and it was the first honest to God great experience buying a car. Not one complaint, and about a thousand compliments. Really appreciate you guys.

I had the best experience getting a car from here! From the moment I contacted Tosh who helped me from beginning to end I have nothing but amazing things to say. He was very helpful and communicative. I traded in my old car for a new for my family. He even came and picked up the car, too!

I don’t usually take the time out to write review unless it’s good place this place helped me took the patience and was genuinely good people it’s hard find places like this anymore and was glad to find place that is will to help the customers will definitely keep doing business with this company
